Lehua Honey, collected by bees for which the primary pollen source is the Ohia Lehua tree. This honey has a distinctly different (and sweet) taste from the other two main varieties of Hawaiian Honey (wildflower and Macadamia). This raw honey is not processed, filtered or pasteurized; it is truly honey that is straight from the hive. The taste and color of raw honey varies based on nectar collected from the flowers that are in bloom.
