Refund policy

All sales of food items and body products are final and are not eligible for return or refund.

All other items may be returned within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. Please send us an email to let us know your order number and the item you're returning as well as the reason for the return.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow a few days for processing after the item is received. Thank you.
