Online orders: These pieces are delicate and ship with insurance only. Without it, we can’t offer replacements for damage. If a replacement is needed, it may take a few weeks for the artist to create a new one, and due to their uniqueness, an exact match may not be possible.

Orders are typically shipped on the same or next day from date of order placement. Shipping from Hawaii to mainland U.S. typically takes 2-5 days. Shipping rates are based on total order weight and scale until you reach the free shipping threshold of $99. Most orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. International orders will take an additional 1-2 days for delivery and use FedEx International. Import duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the receiver.
