Our Bourbon barrel-aged Hawaiian honey is made in collaboration with Ko`olau Distillery in Kailua. We infuse this rich, non-alcoholic bourbon honey with locally grown Hawaiian vanilla beans, creating a flavor that’s as smooth as it is unique. With its perfect balance of bourbon and vanilla notes, this honey pairs beautifully with everything from French toast and pancakes to ice cream and croissants.
